Ashley Charbonneau
I started Enso Counseling in 2016 and specialize in providing individual therapy to address substance abuse, unhealthy/abusive relationships, unhealthy/abusive sexual behavior, and trauma. I have experience working with offenders of various crimes, victims of abuse and neglect, adolescents, and adults. Creating a world without future victims must include knowledge about, and conversations with, both victims (survivors) and offenders, as well as restorative justice practices. I envision a world where everyone has the opportunity to heal, understand themselves and others, and forge healthy relationships.

Outside of the mental health field
I have been the Executive Director for the KNU for Kids Foundation, a small family-run foundation that partners with non-profit organizations, since 2016. I volunteered with Alpha Phi students and advisors at the University of Denver, the University of California at Irvine, and the University of Northern Colorado from 2013 to 2022. In my spare time, I enjoy running, traveling the world with my husband, spending time with my three dogs, and fostering other dogs until they find their forever homes.
